The EAP is a consultation, information and referral service for all American Airlines and AMR employees, their eligible family members and retirees. We have designed this service to help you identify and use resources which will address your serious personal problems. Our services are free, voluntary and confidential.

The EAP is staffed by professionals who will assist you in getting help.  EAP can provide referrals for drug or alcohol problems, psychiatric problems, counseling needs, legal or financial concerns. Personal or family problems can seriously impair your health, morale and job performance. EAP is available to guide you and your family regardless of the problem.
